Step 1: Pour 2 cups of water into a pan and bring to boil.

The noodles are more chewy since they are made from whole wheat and are more spicy. The taste is not so great. It could have been a good choice if it was really healthy, but now it is not! Not having lead and MSG in it is not enough.
