Here Is How To Detox Body Through Feets
This is an ancient Chinese tradition to clean the body from accumulated contaminants through your feet, based on the belief that feet contain multiple energy zones linked to your organs.
Tested way to detoxify body through feet:
Detox salt bath
- 1 cup of sea salt
- 1 Cup Epsom salt.
- 2 Cups of soda to prepare.
- Just a few drops of essential oil.
Put all the ingredients in boiling water and blend well until dissolved. Let it cool down for a moment, then soak the feet for half an hour. This foot bath softens the skin, detoxifies the body and combats tiredness.
The detoxification is as important today as for eating and breathing. Every day we experience contaminants, the water we drink, the air we breathe, our beauty products and rising homemade products. Toxins accumulate in our liver and colon, and hamper their work, causing various body problems and skin breakouts.
Wash the foot: Dip the feet in some Epsom salts and essential oils in water. Keep in for 15 minutes, then dry them and massage with a moisturiser.
Foot masks: These masks will be worn on the feet for a few minutes, and then washed off. A foot mask can soften your skin, remove toenail fungus, and assist with the athlete’s foot.
Foot scrub: Foot scrubs should be used regularly. They take cells of dead skin out to kill the smell of feet.
Footpads: Footpads are designed to provide moisture to the feet. This cycle is believed to be flushing out toxins from the feets.
Acupressure-based massage: Feet are like a tree’s roots, and the foot’s sole or bottom includes hundreds of nerve endings and acupressure points that can be massaged to relieve certain areas of the body that pain.
